Refund policy


Damages and issues 
The buyer shall inspect all goods on-site before shipment. If the buyer has completed pre-shipment quality confirmation and raised quality objections after signing for the goods, all costs arising therefrom shall be borne solely by the buyer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Exceptions / non-returnable items All bulk wholesale goods and custom ODM private-label products are non-refundable and non-returnable without verified factory manufacturing defects. If the buyer has fully confirmed product samples, specifications and quality standards before mass production shipment, we shall not be liable for any post-delivery quality issues, and no return or exchange request will be accepted afterwards. Personalized custom mould products, customized printed goods, and mass-produced bulk orders are not eligible for unconditional returns.
Exchanges 
Exchange service is only available for orders with verified factory manufacturing defects confirmed before shipment sign-off. No exchange service will be provided if the buyer has completed pre-shipment quality confirmation.

Refunds 
Refund application will only be processed for orders with verified factory manufacturing defects before buyer’s pre-shipment confirmation. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@jhtechinnov.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Shipping Costs for Returns If a return or exchange request is caused by the buyer’s own reasons (wrong specification selection, order quantity error, changed demand, or post-inspection confirmed goods), all round-trip shipping fees, customs charges and handling expenses shall be fully paid by the buyer.
