Shipping Policy
1. Shipment Port & Delivery Time
All goods will be shipped from Shenzhen, China. The production and delivery lead time will be confirmed on the Proforma Invoice before mass production. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics carriers, customs clearance, force majeure or other factors beyond our control.

2. Shipping Cost & Trade Term
Our standard trade term is FOB Shenzhen. All shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and local delivery fees at destination shall be fully borne by the buyer. The buyer shall arrange freight forwarder or courier and bear all related logistics expenses.

3. Cargo Risk Transfer
Once goods are handed over to the logistics carrier at our warehouse, the ownership and risk of loss or damage of goods shall transfer to the buyer. We are not responsible for breakage, loss or delay occurring during international transit.

4. Shipment Inspection & Separate Delivery
The buyer shall inspect all goods on-site before shipment. If partial shipment is required, relevant extra logistics costs shall be undertaken by the buyer as agreed. We reserve the right to arrange separate shipments for large bulk orders.

5. Customs Clearance
The buyer shall take full responsibility for import customs clearance in destination country, including all required certification, documents, tariffs and legal compliance. Any detention, fine or loss arising from buyer’s incomplete import documents shall be borne by the buyer.
